WPHA Launches Blog Site

In an effort to improve public outreach, the Western Plant Health Association (WPHA) has created a blog site to educate the general public about the benefits — and dispel commonly held misconceptions — about crop protection products, fertilizers, and agricultural biotechnology.

Over the coming months, various topics will be discussed about crop protection and farm production that should interest a wide range of Web visitors.

Visitors to www.healthyplants.org (the portal to the blog site), can offer comments or ask questions. WPHA has assembled many academic and industry experts to respond to direct questions from association members, others in the ag industry, and the general public within a 48-hour window during weekdays. WPHA members have been invited to comment and respond to posted comments, or give their viewpoints on whatever ag issues interest them.
