Sharpen Skills At Management Academy For Retailers

Agricultural retailers and distributors can sharpen their management, leadership, and decision-making skills at the 2010 Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) Management Academy, set for Feb. 2-4 at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.

Led by award-winning Purdue instructors, participants will challenge their thinking on operations and logistics strategies, while also examining their company’s position within the industry using a profitability linkage model. They will also work on improving their strategic-thinking skills and implementing organizational leadership techniques that impact their ability to motivate and influence team members.
