Redball, LLC has made some key management moves recently.
The company named Mike Snyder as sales and marketing director and moved three key executives to newly created product management posts.
Snyder has extensive sales, marketing, and management experience with major agricultural chemical and supply companies. Most recently, he directed sales and marketing efforts for granular insecticides and SmartBox application systems for AMVAC Chemical Corp. During his more than 20 years in the agricultural industry, he also has served as a regional sales representative, a product-line sales manager, market research project manager, insecticide marketing manager and procurement and distribution manager for various companies, including Monsanto Co., FMC Corp., and UAP.
The three new product managers are Grant Lien, Jack Gerhardt, and Tony Fath. Lien will oversee marketing of Redball’s new Model 7830 self-propelled sprayer, which was introduced in early 2007. Gerhardt will head Redball’s GreenSeeker unit, and Tony Fath will manage high-clearance trailer sprayers, row-crop application, and strip-till systems, along with Redball’s customer service and parts units.
