AgriThority LLC, an independent field data-through-delivery product and market development company, began national and international operations from its headquarters in Kansas City, MO, on Dec. 1.
AgriThority will serve companies in the agriculture, horticulture, and allied industries by developing field data, best product use and management practices, product positioning, and technical message development and delivery. The company also will be an independent resource for the extension of product data, best management practices, and other technically based information to growers, crop consultants, farm managers, and others who make high-value business decisions.
Partners in AgriThority include two former state Extension agronomists and a marketing specialist. Dr. Sandy Stewart was most recently the Louisiana State University Extension cotton specialist and Dr. Robert Lemon was the Texas AgriLife Extension cotton specialist. Together the agronomists have experience in a range of crops including corn, sorghum, soybeans, tobacco, fruits, and vegetables. Jerry Duff is the founder and president of The Duff Co., a Kansas City-based business-to-business marketing firm for more than 20 years.
“AgriThority is an extraordinary new asset for companies developing and transferring bio-science and new product technologies to the marketplace,” says Duff. “Growers and influencers who require a high level of technical information and best management practices supported by sound scientific basis also will benefit.”
