"What sets us apart is our combination of depth and breadth of knowledge and experience coupled with our products and services. I am excited to have the opportunity to play a key role in this effort."

CSA was launched in 2008 as a joint effort of agricultural leaders, farmers, and experts in strategic management. Their diverse backgrounds and capabilities allow CSA to deliver expertise to clients in a personalized and practical way. The organization’s success also relies heavily on the expertise and guidance of an Advisory Council that include a who’s who in the industry. Don Ricketts’ goal as new CEO is for CSA "to be the partner agriculture organizations can rely on as they explore their strategic options." According to Don, "We have what our clients need that will allow them to select the best path to success."
