Bee Valve Unveils Nozzle Guide-Rib System

Bee Valve Inc. introduces its new guide-rib system for sprayer nozzles.

The guide locks are a two-component product consisting of a male adapter and a cam lever, female coupler. The system is available in two designs, single rib and double rib. Both rib designs are self-aligning for reliable nozzle angle repeatability and fast, easy spray nozzle changes.

Bee Valve guide locks are produced in glass-reinforced nylon for strength, toughness, chemical resistance, and the elimination of cross-threading. The guide lock coupler is available in two sizes — 3/4 and 1 inch — for typical spray boom mounting. The male-adapter spray-nozzle threaded-opening is available in four sizes (1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 inch). EPDM (ethylene propylene diene methylene terpolymer) gaskets are standard and coupler handles are available in two materials, nylon and stainless steel. Handle locking pins are standard.
