Wheat Growers Adds Agronomy, Precision Ag Specialists

Wheat Growers (the No. 13 ranked retailer on the CropLife 100) grain and agronomy cooperative welcomes Brad Ruden as the Director for Technical Service and Todd Peterson as Business Manager – MZB Precision Farming System.

Brad Ruden has worked with the Extension Service at South Dakota State University and most recently with Bayer CropScience as a Senior Technical Service Representative.

“Brad brings Wheat Growers an extensive background and knowledge base in plant science, plant pathology and agronomy education that will immediately benefit our customers and agronomy team,” said Steve Briggs, Senior Vice President of Agronomy and Corporate Marketing. “He will work with the Wheat Growers agronomy and marketing teams and all of our locations in South Dakota and North Dakota.”

Brad earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees at SDSU and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in Agronomy at SDSU.

Todd Peterson returns to Wheat Growers after working with RDO in Aberdeen. Todd will help Wheat Growers expand its MZB/Precision Ag business and dedicate time to training and developing MZB partners regarding precision ag capabilities.
