GROWMARK Announces Vice President, Member Services Division Organization Changes

In an ongoing effort to enhance relationships with its FS member companies, GROWMARK has announced the appointment of Denny Worth, as Vice President, Member Services effective June 1, 2013. In this new role, Worth will be responsible for assisting GROWMARK’s Illinois FS member cooperatives and the Illini FS retail division with reaching growth and profitability goals by managing all services provided to members through GROWMARK regional staff, product divisions, and others.

Worth began his GROWMARK System career in 1976 as an office manager trainee at Logan FS, Inc. and the Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association (IAAA). He joined McLean County Service Co. in 1981, was named regional operations manager for GROWMARK’s Eastern Region in 1982, and administrative director of the Eastern Region in 1986. In 1994, Worth was named administrative director for the Central Region, became Member Services administrative director in 1999, and was promoted to Northern Region manager in October 2008.

Worth holds a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University; he has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1978 and a Certified Financial Planner since 1991.

Also announced regarding GROWMARK Member Services organization structure, Shelly Kruse, Vice President, Midwest Retail and Acquisitions, will continue working with members and retail divisions in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Ontario, in addition to her market development responsibilities.

Brian Koenig, currently GROWMARK Southern Region Manager, has accepted a position as senior business manager at GROWMARK’s Wisconsin retail division, Frontier-Servco FS, effective July 1, 2013.
