Will Obama Talk Energy, Ethanol?

We’ll have to wait and see if that is accurate, since neither you nor I have an advance copy of the speech.

It seems logical to expect that energy will be one of those issues, and I am curious to see what the president will have to say. During his election campaign, if I understood correctly, he told voters that corn-based ethanol is just a first step, and that he expects the U.S. will eventually rely more on other forms of energy to reduce our dependence on foreign oil.
