Registration is open for the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) Conference & Expo, Growing a Sustainable Business: What Your Customers, Consumers and the Government Want from Ag Retailers. The ARA conference is the premier event of the year for the agricultural retail and distribution industry. It is scheduled for Nov. 29 – Dec. 1, 2011, at the beautiful Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida.

The ARA conference program will examine the social, economic and environmental aspects of sustainability from several unique perspectives, including your customers, consumers and the government. The conference also has numerous opportunities for networking including receptions and meal functions in the expanded trade show, and the popular ARAPAC Golf Tournament and Annual Dinner & Auction events. There are also more fun activities planned for spouses including a special brunch, resort tour and a Caribbean cooking demonstration with lunch. New this year, ARA added an Everglades Airboat Tour option on Tuesday morning for non-golfers and a Florida Agricultural Tour on the last day, which includes a visit to one of the region’s largest sugar cane operations.
