United Cooperative Acquires Four ADM Wisconsin Facilities

United Cooperative, based out of Beaver Dam, WI, recently acquired four grain and agronomy locations from Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) in Auroraville (Berlin), Oshkosh, Ripon, and Westfield, WI.

“United Cooperative is pleased with the positive result of these negotiations,” commented David Cramer, United Cooperative president and chief executive officer. “United Cooperative currently operates facilities in and serves customers in much of the same geography. We look forward to the efficiencies our combined operations will bring our customers in these areas. We are also pleased to welcome many of the ADM employees into the United Cooperative family.”

“United Cooperative strives every day to make sure we have the products and services to meet and exceed the needs of our patron members, regardless of the size and scope of their farming operation,” noted Cramer. “This business, combined with our existing facilities in the area, will allow us to offer improved feed, grain, agronomy, and energy services to our new and existing customers in central-Wisconsin.”
