Brandt Acquires Monterey AgResources

Brandt Consolidated, Inc., Springfield, IL, has acquired Monterey AgResources, headquartered in Fresno, CA. The agreement expands Brandt’s product base and geographic coverage, and enhances its ability to provide excellent customer service.

The acquisition of Monterey AgResources fits Brandt’s aggressive corporate strategy providing superior representation, production and warehousing for customers throughout North America and around the world.

Brandt and Monterey are both industry leading companies that formulate, package, and market specialty products and chemicals for all agriculture systems. In addition, they offer a broad range of products for the greenhouse, ornamental, turf, home and garden, aquaculture, and feed markets.
