Bromacil
Mode of Action / Resistance Management
Chemical Group: Uracil
Mode of Action: Inhibition of photosynthesis at photosystem II

Environmental Guidelines
Hazards: Fish: LC50 28 ppm (rainbow trout); 71 ppm (bluegill). Bee: Nontoxic
Soil Particle Adsorption: Bromacil can seep or leach through soil and can enter groundwater which may be used as drinking water. Procedures must be followed to minimize potential bromacil movement into groundwater
Water Solubility: 815 ppm at 25°C
Safety Guidelines
Signal Word: WARNING (Liquid), CAUTION (Dry)
Toxicity Class: II, III
Toxicity: (Rat): Oral LD50 5200 mg/kg
Handling/storage Cautions: Stable to 0°F, but water-soluble formulations become less soluble when exposed to air
