  • Herbicide
Use: A selective, root-absorbed herbicide. Some foliar absorption but with little translocation. For use in corn, maize, sorghum, etc. Contour* for use only on IMI-Corn. Lexar*, Lexar* EZ, Lumax* and Lumax* EZ for use on field corn, seed corn, sweet corn, yellow popcorn and grain sorghum. Anthem* ATZ for corn.

Class: Triazine.
Properties: Colorless crystals. Melting point 173°-175°C. Solubility: n-pentane 360 ppm; diethyl ether 12,000 ppm; methanol 18,000 ppm; ethyl acetate 28,000 ppm; chloroform 52,000 ppm; dimethyl sulfoxide 183,000 ppm.
