Properties: Colorless needles. Melting point 102°C. Vapor pressure 11 x 10-6 torr at 30°C. Stable in acidic and alkaline solutions. Readily soluble in aqueous solutions of strong acids. Solubility at 25°C: acetone 45 g/l, chloroform 1200 g/l, ethanol 65 g/l, xylene 360 g/l.
