  • Herbicide
Use: For use in cereals and carrots against black grass, silky bentgrass, wild oat, ryegrass, and most annual broadleaf weeds. Winter and some spring wheats, winter barley at early/late postemergence. Most winter wheat, winter barley, and some spring wheat varieties show a high tolerance. Pre- and postemergence on carrots. Purivel* for preharvest defoliation of hemp, flax, potatoes and tomatoes.

Properties: Colorless, odorless, crystalline powder. Melting point 126°-127°C. Vapor pressure 3.2 x 10-8 Torr at 20°C. Soluble in acetone, hot ethanol. Moderately soluble in benzene, toluene.
