Action/Use:
  • Fungicide
Use: For beets, citrus, fruit, grapes, olive trees, plantation crops, potatoes, tomatoes, vegetables, ornamentals, etc.
Chemistry
Properties: Green to bluish-green powder; apparent density 420-520 g/l. Composition of product varies with conditions of manufacture but generally 56%-58% copper. If precipitated in the presence of lime, a product approaching 3Cu(OH)2•CaCl2 in composition may be obtained. Both strongly corrosive to iron, galvanized iron. Soluble in ammonium hydroxide solutions. Soluble with decomposition in dilute acids.
