United Suppliers, Grow Community Form Canadian Distribution Company

United Suppliers, Inc., and Grow Community of Independent Ag Retails Ltd. have aligned to become United Suppliers Canada, Inc., Crop Protection and Seed Business Unit, which will be a high performing distribution and service company that independent dealers will have an opportunity to own. This will become effective on Sept. 1, 2015.

Greg McDonald will lead United Suppliers Canada, Inc.’s Crop Protection and Seed Business and will report to Brad Oelmann, CEO of United Suppliers.

GROW brings engaged owners, an understanding of the Western Canadian agriculture market, and an experienced and dedicated operations team,” said McDonald. “Both companies share the same purpose which is to increase our owners’ capabilities and competitiveness with a high level of accountability, responsiveness and collaboration.”

United Suppliers Canada, Inc., will have two Business Units; Crop Protection and Seed based in Saskatoon and the current Crop Nutrients based in Regina. All GROW office staff have joined United Suppliers Canada, Inc., and will look forward to sharing more information in the months ahead.
