This award is consistent with my experiences as a former, 13 yr employee of Monsanto and in my interactions with other Monsanto employees world-wide. In a 30+yr career in the food and ag industry, working in large or small, hi-tech or low-tech companies, I felt Monsanto was the best.

I have worked for other large corporations in agriculture and currently work for Monsanto. I have worked with great people at both companies but I feel more appreciated and valued as an employee at Monsanto. Monsanto invests in their people through professional and personal development opportunities. My interactions with customers at many levels have been positive and mutually beneficial.
