Rick became an ambassador in 2014 and made five presentations to more than 120 students this past year (2015-2016). He’s dedicated and has never turned down a request as he enjoys talking with elementary students – at school or at the office when it was “Bring your Child to Work Day.”

Rick’s work on the committee is really what makes him an ambassador of the year. He comes to the meetings and participates! As a leader, he presents great ideas and enjoys working with other committee members. Rick has worked extensively on the “Careers in Agriculture” presentation designed for older audiences.

Rick is enthusiastic about agriculture and it shows when he makes a presentation or is working on materials to help ambassadors make it easy, yet meaningful. Rick also serves as a member of the MACA Board of Directors.
