Irish Company Acquires Arysta

Arysta LifeScience has been acquired by a Japanese company.

The acquisition of Arysta LifeScience Corp. is the first investment in Japan for Industrial Equity Investments Limited (IEIL) since it was established in 2005. IEIL, an international investment company located in the Republic of Ireland, is owned by The Permira Funds. The enterprise value is approximately $2.4 billion.
