Schulte brings 19 years of experiences in sales and marketing, eight of which are with Arysta LifeScience. He started with the company as a product manager for cotton, transitioning to fumigants in 2009; and in 2012, he assumed product management responsibilities for herbicides in the U.S.

Prior to joining Arysta LifeScience, Schulte worked at MicroFlo.

“Royce is ideally suited to lead efforts in the Midwest,” said Jeff Tweedy, Head of Ag Sales and T&O – United States. “This new sales region requires a leader with both experience in sales and in marketing, and Royce brings this to the table. We look forward to seeing his leadership and expertise expand in this new role.”

Schulte will be supported by five territory sales managers, including Lon Kruger in Ohio, Troy Jaeger in Northern Iowa, Ryan Meredith in Southern Iowa and Brent Titus in Illinois; Arysta LifeScience is in the process of filling one additional sales manager position for the Midwest. Once filled, Schulte and his team will focus on building relationships with retailers and key growers, further educating them on products in the Arysta LifeScience fungicide portfolio.
