Performance Nutrition, Superior Organic Solutions Form Distribution Agreement
March 24, 2016 Superior Organic Solutions, an organic agricultural products distribution company based in Orlando, FL, and Performance Nutrition, a producer of fertilizers, soil amendments, and agricultural crop protection specialty products, a division of LidoChem, Inc., based in Hazlet, NJ, announced a distribution agreement between the two firms. Under the agreement, Superior Organic Solutions will distribute Performance Nutrition’s eco-safe fertility, soil amendment, and crop protection products to Central and Western Florida’s agriculture industry.
“We are excited to be a distributor for Performance Nutrition because their products are specific to certain problems or challenges that farmers face. The products are proven and the company is known for its integrity, as well as for its desire to see its distributors and their customers succeed,” said Dave MacLean, president of Superior Organic Solutions.
Through the agreement, Superior Organic Solutions will make Performance Nutrition’s patented products available to farms in the Florida region. Some of those products include:
- Argosy RF water soluble, environmentally safe polymer adjuvant. Argosy RF is rain-fast, and keeps active ingredients on the leaf even through rain events and irrigation. Argosy RF is elastic, stretches as the leaf grows and protects new plant tissue. Argosy RF helps avoid re-sprays and can extend intervals between applications. It is an excellent drift control agent for aerial applications.
- NutriSmart-B patented, environmentally friendly granular eco-fertilizer and humate soil amendment fixes nitrogen from the atmosphere, solubilizes phosphate and unlocks potassium from the soil reducing the need for standard fertilization by up to 50%.
- Krystal Klear patented chelated micronutrient solutions are produced using a patented “dual-chelation” system for optimal performance. Krystal Klear micronutrient solutions have excellent tank-mix compatibilities, provide quick uptake of micronutrients, and deliver a sustained response.
The agreement between Superior Organic Solutions and Performance Nutrition is a win for both companies and their customers, said Don Pucillo, president of Performance Nutrition.
“The agreement allows for wider distribution of our unique, patented products to get them into the hands of even more Florida farmers,” Pucillo said.
