The seat in the Hagie’s STS class sprayers has been upgraded to include an adjustable high back support. Also new is a leather-wrapped high back seat as an option. The leather seat has an exclusive foam insert, reducing pressure and providing comfort during long work days.
RoGator, AGCO Corp.
The new drive system enables the 2011 RoGator to run at lower engine speeds in transport, resulting in a quieter cab. A wide cab door increases ease of entry. Lowered boom mounts and the six-post cab design offer exceptional visibility. Using the hydrostatic control, most frequently-used application functions are easily accessible — including the master apply switch, gear selection, boom tip control, foam marker, and individual boom section control.
8275 Predator, GVM Inc.
The 2011 GVM 8275 Predator features a new Air Ride Suspended Center Ride cab with rear entry system, large mirrors, front and rear halogen flood light kit, air conditioning, AM/FM stereo, tilt/telescoping steering column, new full instrumentation display, cruise control, remote hand throttle, carbon filter, air ride seat, hour meter, headliner, power steering, foot accelerator, horn, dome light and fiberglass tilt hood.
4030 Series, John Deere
The CommandView cabs of the John Deere 4030 Series self-propelled sprayers offer operators unsurpassed visibility, comfort, safety and control. All models include air-suspension ComfortCommand seat and multi-function CommandARM controls that are easy to access and operate. Roomy, sound-reducing cabs are centered over the machine and feature tinted, wide-view safety windows, carbon-filtered air systems, and fingertip access to new GreenStar 3 2630 Displays.
Apache, Equipment Technologies
The cab for the all-new AS720, AS1020, and AS1220 Apache sprayers is now fulcrum-mounted at four points. Combined with a wider stance, this reduces the forces felt by the operator by 37.5%. This all-new, custom cab boasts a 12% increase in overall floor space. With the cab’s wrap-around glass, the operator is given an improved view of the front wheels as well as a better view of the booms. Noise sources such as the engine and exhaust have been moved farther from the operator resulting in a 9% reduction of in-cab noise.
E350 Prowler, GVM Inc.
The new GVM E350 Prowler features an Air Ride cab and seats on a Variable Coil Spring Axle Suspension to absorb more shock than any other model. The new cab features floor to ceiling glass, offering a 360-degree field of vision so front tires are fully visible. The E350 cab is completely wireless and comes standard with AgriWave by GVM AgJunction with WiFi and a cell booster. Other features include climate controlled cab, GPS speed sensor, and an air suspension seat.
Condor G-Series, Miller-St. Nazianz Inc.
The Condor G-Series now has an Enhanced Rear View (ERV) — the rear window wraps around the corners, providing full visibility of the boom ends, without having cab corner posts obscuring the operator’s visibility. A new air-ride high-back deluxe seat has been added, and the Series’ Wasp-Waist style hood narrows as it approaches the front window of the cab, allowing the operator unrestricted visibility of the front tires without straining.
