CPS Mergers Complete
United Agri Products Distribution Inc. and Western Farm Service have merged into one company with Crop Production Services, Inc. (CPS) and are retaining the latter's name.
United Agri Products Distribution Inc. and Western Farm Service have merged into one company with Crop Production Services, Inc. (CPS) and are retaining the latter’s name.
The consolidation became effective Jan. 1. There was no change to the Loveland Products, Inc. name.
The websites will reflect the single company name, a new logo, and updated website under Crop Production Services.
