The NTX5310 Strip Till System does multiple jobs, creating a uniform seedbed (which warms faster for earlier planting) and placing dry, liquid, and NH3 fertilizer in the moist soil of the root zone. Large 24-inch-diameter coulters cut heavy residue with ease and eliminate plugging and bunching. The shank-and-knife design gives a more uniform tillage depth and consistent fertilizer placement. Buyers can select from 6- or 8-row, 3-point hitch-mounted models, or 8-, 12- or 16-row, pull-type models.
