Syngenta Exits Sorghum Seed Business
Syngenta has transferred all of its existing sorghum seed inventory to Golden Acres Genetics in Waco, TX.

Syngenta has formed an agreement with Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd., Waco, TX, to transfer all existing Syngenta sorghum seed inventory to Golden Acres effective as of June 3, 2011. The agreement covers all Syngenta sorghum hybrids, including forage, grain and sudangrass products.
