Hemisphere GPS has added new features to enhance the Outback eDriveX, its popular centimeter-level automated steering system. The steer-by-wire solutions combine eDriveX electronics, an Outback S3, and cabling to quickly outfit automated steering‑ready vehicles with eDriveX functionality. (Kits are now available for a variety of manufacturers, such as Case, New Holland, John Deere and Challenger.) Plus, the much-anticipated automated turning feature for eDriveX will allow customers to do turns at the end of their rows with the touch of a button. Several turning patterns are possible that will fit most fields and applications.
