Pioneer Hi-Bred, a DuPont business, has a new seed brand that offers your grower-customers more flexibility -- Optimum Brand Innovations.
Optimum Brand Innovations is the brand name of a new family of traits, products, and accompanying programs that enable growers to be more productive with choices to meet their individual needs.
"Through Optimum Brand Innovations, Pioneer will provide unique, value-added products and services to meet individual grower's needs and maximize crop potential," says Terry Gardner, director, North American product marketing for Pioneer. "Optimum brand traits and accompanying programs from Pioneer offer superior solutions for growers' input needs.”
Creation of the Optimum brand by Pioneer brings together a readily identifiable family of the latest input traits. Only top-performing, superior input traits will be named under the Optimum brand exclusively in Pioneer brand seed and potentially distributed through other seed brands. The Optimum brand also may be used to identify marketing programs accompanying Optimum brand traits.
Individual traits and programs carry unique brand names beneath the Optimum brand umbrella to allow for differentiation and identification of traits and programs. Optimum GAT herbicide tolerance trait, offering maximized flexibility in weed control, and Optimum AcreMax 1 insect protection, a higher-yielding system for refuge management, are currently a part of the family of Optimum Brand Innovations. Future brands will include product advancements from the Pioneer proprietary pipeline of input traits.
