Alliance To Broaden U.S. Fertilizer Market

Precision Laboratories, Inc. recently entered into a license agreement with Aglukon Spezialduenger of Duesseldorf, Germany, a leader in the specialty fertilizer market.Under the terms of the agreement, Precision Laboratories has acquired rights to certain processes, formulations, and products from Aglukon.

The alliance will result in the introduction of Aglukon’s extensive and unique technology and know-how to the U.S. foliar fertilizer market. Precision Labs will be establishing a manufacturing facility for the technology that will come on stream in 2009. The agreement also provides Precision with the complete use of Aglukon’s extensive data and research for the benefit of American growers and turfgrass professionals.
