For 2008, Simonsen Industries continues to add features to its popular SMC series spreaders. Among these new features is a hydraulic endgate option which allows the user to raise or lower the endgate hydraulically from the cab to a predetermined position. This feature is designed to give growers a cost effective way to save on their fertilizer costs by closing down the endgate when going through sandy or wet patches.
